PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the dielectric loss caused by an adhesive and background signals without deteriorating the mechanical strength of an inner structure by screwing, fixing, and arranging metal pole plates having screw holes on the outer periphery of a tubular dielectric substance. ;SOLUTION: Four pole plates 6 are arranged at fixed intervals on the outer periphery of a Teflon resin tubular body 5. Holes to be inserted with screws 8 are bored at four corners of each pole plates 6, and screw holes are bored at the corresponding positions on the outer periphery of the tubular body 5. The pole plates 6 are screwed on the tubular body 5 by plastic screws 8 with little dielectric loss. Shield plates 9 are fitted on the inner periphery of the tubular body 5 to cover gap sections 7 from the back side. Pawl-like lugs 10 are bent into a claw-shape and inserted and fixed into notch sections 11. The pole plates 6 and the shield plates 9 are fitted to the tubular body 5 not to be short-circuited together, and they are mechanically assembled without using an adhesive.
