PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure relief valve device for a hot water storage type hot water apparatus to regulate the rotation range of an operating lever during checking of operation to a proper value, and prevent the occurrence of a trouble wherein a valve port is left in a relief state. ;SOLUTION: An operating wire 32 to rotate an operating lever 24 is mounted on the operating lever 24, and a hook member 33 bent approximately in a U-shape is formed at the operating wire 32. By drawing the operating wire 32 in a state that one end side of the plate part 27 of the operating lever 24 is located inside the hook part 33 at the end part on one end side of a plate part 27 of the operating lever 24, the rotation range of the operating lever 24 by the hook part 33 is regulated to a specified angle or less. By drawing the operating wire 32 in a state that the end part on one end side of the plate 27 of the operation lever 24 is not located at the inner side of the hook part 33, the operating lever 24 is rotated until the angle reaches a specified value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
