JIG FOR TESTING ADHESION, ADHESION-TESTING APPARATUS AND TEST METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement accuracy for adhesion and enable repeated use of the same membrane body by testing with the use of the membrane body to be adhered which is stretched by a plurality of tension instruments of expansible elastic bodies. ;SOLUTION: An adhesion-testing apparatus for adhesive plasters, etc., is constituted of an arrangement bed-supporting stage 4 where a membrane body-fixing instrument for fixing a membrane body such as a rat peritoneum or the like as a mucous membrane model is placed, an adhesion-testing jig 1 having a tension instrument- supporting stage 5 at each of four corners outside the supporting stage 4 and the like, a pressure-sensitive shaft and a control means, etc. A plurality of tension instruments 20 each having a hook 22 and a spring 21 are set at every supporting stage 5. A peripheral edge of the membrane body is hooked to the hook 22, fixed in a state while stretched by the spring 21, and then detached from the hook 22. A plurality of through holes are formed in the membrane body-fixing instrument. The pressure-sensitive shaft having a test object such as the adhesive plaster or the like attached at a leading end is bonded to the membrane body through the through holes under a predetermined condition, and separated.
