PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method of utilizing liquefied gas energy with high efficiency. SOLUTION: A liquefied gas tank 3 to store a liquefied gas, a carburetter 2 to gasify the liquefied gas fed from the liquefied gas tank 3; a gas engine 4 driven by the gasified gas by the carburetter 2, a heat exchanger 8 provided on the gas engine 4, and to feed a cooled hot water from the gas engine 4 to the carburetter 2; and a heater 7 provided between the carburetter 2 and the gas engine 4, and to bring the gas from the carburetter 2 into a high temperature and a high pressure, by a steam from an exhaust gas boiler 6; are provided, and the cooled hot water fed to the carburetter 2 is utilized as a latent heat for gasification. Furthermore, the steam fed to the heater 7 is used for the evaporation of the working medium of a binary generation unit 12.
