PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture and control a preparation precisely and automatically by a method wherein an ionic surface-active agent in the preparation is determined quantitatively by means of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and its result is fed back to a raw-material preparation apparatus. ;SOLUTION: Preparation amounts of respective raw materials from load cells 21a to 21d are controlled by a computer 22 for raw-material preparation setting, and the respective raw materials are fed in prescribed preparation amounts. The respective raw materials are stirred and mixed in a mixer tank 23, and an obtained detergent slurry is introduced into a booster tank 26 through a conduit 25. Then, the detergent slurry is sampled continuously or intermittently on the downstream side from a pump 24 for the conduit 25. Its sample is analyzed by an HPLC analytical system 11 which is composed of a pretreatment device 12, of an HPLC analyzer 13 and of an analyzed- data analyzer (a computer) 14. The obtained qualitatively determined result of an ionic surface-active agent is fed back to the computer 22 so as to be compared with the preparation set amounts, and the preparation amounts of a solution for the surface- active agent is controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
