PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display seismic control performance at all floors even in a building of high rigidity by respectively straddling braces on second floor layer on both front and back surface sides of a frame and installing the brace on the front surface side on a beam of the frame on which the brace on the back surface side straddles. ;SOLUTION: A first brace 3 and a second brace 4 are arranged on the surface side and the back surface side of a frame 10, and the first brace 3 on the surface side is installed on a beam 11 on which the second brace 4 on the back surface side straddles. That is, the first brace 3 on the surface side and the second brace 4 on the back surface side are installed by respectively overlapping themselves on each other by half of their height. In this way, the first brace 3 and the second brace 4 are arranged to straddle on a second floor layer of the frame 10. For example, it becomes possible to exert seismic control performance even for a structural body 1 which is high in rigidity as an RC made one and hard to generate layer-to-layer displacement.
