PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse the cushioning material in a living space, by crushing unnecessary parts of wooden materials, bamboo materials, wooden products, bamboo products, and rubber products and mixed together and forming a shape with a hardening agent. ;SOLUTION: Unnecessary parts of wooden materials, bamboo materials, wooden products, bamboo products, and rubber products are crushed and mixed together and formed differential shapes in accordance with respective use purposes with a hardening agent for various hardnesses corresponding to the use purposes. Wooden chips, bamboo chips, and rubber chips are mixed together for instance and formed with a hard or soft hardener and used as a cushioning material for roads such as side walks or promenades or base courses for a parking lot. Or these materials are shaped to make forms 1-3 or a cap 4 and the forms 1 are connected to each other with the forms 2, 3 at both ends and fixed with fixing screws 5 and the cap 4 is fitted to respective upper ends. And further, a cover is put thereon to use it as a sound-insulation wall having a protection function.
