METHOD AND COMPOSITION TO BE APPLIED TO SMALL WRINKLES AND WRINKLES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition that is useful for reducing and/or removing small wrinkles containing skin fine wrinkles and/or wrinkles by allowing the composition to contain water, a penetration enhancer, a fatty alcohol, a skin-softening agent and/or a moisturizer. SOLUTION: The objective composition does not contains an effective amount of the medicine having the anti-wrinkle effect, but includes (A) about 40 wt.% of water, (B) 0.05-35 wt.% of at least one selected from penetration enhancers of dibutyl adipate, isopropyl myristate and their combination, (C) 0.5-15 wt.% of a fatty alcohol as stearyl alcohol, (D) 1-5 wt.% of a skin-softening agent, preferably dimethicone and/or (E) 0.5-15 wt.% of a moisturizer, preferably glycerol. When necessary, this composition can contain an emulsifier, an ultraviolet absorber or a sun-screening agent, an antioxidant, a preservative and the like.
