PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating cutter for an electric cooking device for which a grating surface is formed on both surface. ;SOLUTION: A grating blade and a boss 61 are formed on both surfaces of a disk part and a smooth surface part 65B extended in a diameter direction is formed on both sides of the respective bosses 61. A second projection 67 is formed at an axial direction tip part on the outer peripheral surface of the boss 61, a first projection 66 is formed on the side of the grating surface part 65A of the disk part and a ring-like spring is clamped by the second projection 67 and the first projection 66.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
