PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily calculate the practical transfer speeds of DI/DO data and file data. ;SOLUTION: A time tD used to transfer the DI/DO data and a time tF used to transfer the file data are set; and the DI/DO data are transferred only within the time range of tD and the file data are transferred only within the time range of tF.
