PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble separator for the microgravitational environment which responds to the situation when flow rate fluctuation of a gas-liquid mixed solution introduced into a separation barrel becomes large. ;SOLUTION: The air bubble separator is constituted of three units consisting of an introduction pipe unit 1 equipped with an introduction pipe for introducing a gas-liquid mixed solution flowing through the inside of a loop, a separation barrel unit 2 equipped with a separation barrel 9 in which the gas-liquid mixed liquid introduced from the introduction pipe is allowed to flow as a spiral flow and a separation membrane unit 3 freely detachably fitted to the axial center part of the separation barrel 9. These respective units are freely replaced respectively. Thereby, since only the unit having optimum inflow bore diameter and the inside diameter is rapidly replaced, correspondence is rapidly enabled even if flow rate fluctuation of the gas-liquid mixed solution introduced into the separation barrel 9 becomes large.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
