PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational system of high quality relating to a disassembly- production process in an established product recycle system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a disassembly line (a) for taking out a used part 102 by disassembling a used product 100, an assembly line (b) for assembling a new product, a first conveyer 74 supplying the used part taken out in the disassembly line (a) to the assembly line (b), a storage part 70 for leaving the new product as stored, a second conveyer 74 supplying the new product to the assembly line (b) from the storage part 70, and a control device 82 performing control so as to supply the new part in a necessary quantity to the assembly line (b) from the storage part 70 in accordance with an assembly quantity of the new product in the assembly line (b) and a supply quantity of the used part 102 from the disassembly line (a).
