PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a panel member easily, and to conduct the work rapidly by a small number of operators in the nailing operation of the panel member for a wall surface on a construction field. ;SOLUTION: Circular holes 61 inscribed with the lower-side left-right corner sections of a line (the line of a dotted line) entered to the inside by the superposing clearances of a horizontal member supporting the lower side of a precut panel 60 for the wall surface for forming the foundation of the exterior wall face of a residence are formed to the precut panel 60, and round bars 63 are left as they are brought to the state, in which the round bars 63 are driven to the circular holes 61. Each round bar 63 is supported by a sill at each layout place on a field while the precut panel 60 is set under the state, in which the precut panel 60 is brought into contact even with the side faces of left-right columns from the central side of the panel, and nails may be driven gradually while the precut panels 60 are pressed against the column, etc., by one hand.
