SOLUTION: The inner layer member of a zirconium-alloy cladding pipe for an atomic fuel rod having high corrosion resistance and high strength contains 0.18-0.24 wt.% Fe, 0.07-0.13 wt. % Cr, 0.5-1.15 wt.% Sn, 0.5-1 wt.% Nb, and the remaining weight percentage of Zr and unavoidable impurities, with the content of nitrogen contained as one of the unavoidable impurities being 10-60 ppm, and the outer layer member of the pipe contains 0.18-0.24 wt.% Fe, 0.07-0.13 wt.% Cr, 0.20-0.5 wt.%, 0.05-0.5 wt.% Nb, and the remaining weight percent of Zr and unavoidable impurities, with the content of nitrogen contained as one of the unavoidable impurities being 10-60 ppm.
