PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the parallel radiation and convergence elements of an X-rays-synchrotron radiation light that can achieve high efficiency, and a convergence element of the X-ray-synchrotron radiation light that can miniaturize the diameter of a convergence beam. ;SOLUTION: A convergence element 11 is provided with a total reflection mirror 2 for parallel radiation, a ray source 3 that can radiate X-rays XA and XB or synchrotron radiation light, a total reflection mirror 12 for convergence, and a reflection element 14 for convergence that can converge the X-rays XA or the synchrotron radiation light that is not subjected to multiple total reflection by a total reflection mirror 2 for parallel reflection being applied to one edge 14 so that a focus FB of parallel light being converged by the total reflection mirror 12 for convergence from the other end 14b coincides with a focus FA. In the refraction element 14 for convergence, a plurality of concave lenses 5 are arranged in a direction that is orthogonal to an optical axis of the ray source 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
