PURPOSE: To provide a shape bending method and a three-dimensional bending member with this bending method which can bend the shape in the three- dimension by only moving a bending roll without generating wrinkles on the internal side part in bending of even a small radius of curvature. ;CONSTITUTION: Two bending rolls 11, 21 are arranged at different positions on the axial direction of a shape W, grooves 11b, 21b of the shape to be obtained in bending are pre-installed on the front face of these bending rolls, one side or both of the bending rolls is moved parallel, and by parallel moving both side bending rolls relatively, the plastic deformation of the shearing deformation along the groove as the main is generated on the shapes. This bending method is more effective to bend while applying the internal pressure and/or the compression force to the axial direction.
