PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive sheet into which a decorative aggregate can be deeply buried and which can be easily peeled off after laying concrete by laminating a hot melt adhesive layer and hot melt composition layer having compatibility with the hot melt adhesive layer and containing a blowing agent on a flexible heat-resistant sheety support in the given order. ;SOLUTION: It is desirable that the hot melt adhesive layer and the hot melt composition layer soften at 40-100°C and that the blowing agent blows at 100-160°C. To prepare a decorative-aggregate-mounted sheet by using the adhesive sheet, a method is adopted which comprises mounting at least one decorative aggregate selected among natural stone, ceramics, glass and plastics on the surface of the hot melt composition of the adhesive sheet and softening the hot melt adhesive layer and the hot melt composition layer by heating to effect both the sinking of the aggregate into the layers and the blowing of the blowing agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
