A test piece 23 is mounted on the surface opposite to the cylindrical body 6 of the receiving part 10. The center of the spherical body 13 is located at the center of gravity position of the receiving part 10 or at a lower position than it in a state where the test piece 23 is mounted thereon. The test piece 23 is oscillated through the receiving part 10 and the spherical body 13 so that waviness or the like of the sliding surface of the test piece 23 is absorbed.
