MANAGEMENT EDUCATION PROGRAM CHART FOR IMPROVING COMPETITIVE POSITION USING V CURVE AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge present states of the relevant trade and one's company and to find out directivity of a management plan by making data collection and data analysis of a specified trade according to respective items of a management education program for improving a competitive position using a V curve and forming the V curve. ;SOLUTION: An item #1 calculates profitable indexes related to profits of respective companies in the specified trade, and the item #2 calculates profits indexes excepting the profitable indexed of respective companies from market statistical data. Then, the item #3 divides respective companies to a high score group and a low score group, and gathers respective profitable indexes and profits indexes to form a correlative matrix, and the item #4 preferentially picks up the indexes having clear differences in correlative degrees between the high score group and low score group to plot them on a graph, and forms V curve graphs of plotted values in respective groups. Further, the items #5-7 judge the preset state of the competitive position in the specified trade from the V curve graphs to find out improvement indexes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
