SYSTEM FOR JUDGING ABNORMAL FURNACE CONDITION IN BLAST FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a broblem that the dispersion with each of operators and mis judgements often occur because the abnormality in a blast furnace is judged based on the experience of the operator by observing data displayed in the pictures with the operator based on signals from various kinds of sensors arranged in the blast furnace in the conventional method for judging the abnormality in the blast furnace. ;SOLUTION: A system for judging the abnormal furnace condition in the blast furnace is composed of a neural network part 3 which prepares featured values for recognizing sounding shape from sounding depth time sequential data and executes a pattern recognition to the sounding shape by inputting these featured values, and a fuzzy system part 5 which judges the probability of developing the slippage by inputting the prepared data based on data from the output of the neural network part 3 and each sensor in the blast furnace.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
