PURPOSE:To compose a circuit of high quality automatically and efficiently at a high speed by using a circuit, formed by connecting the circuit of a different-specification part to a circuit which is already designed by a multiplexer, as an initial circuit and simplifying it by a logic simplifying program which utilizes the intermediate logic of the designed circuit, and thus obtaining a final circuit. CONSTITUTION:A new circuit 2 corresponding to the part which differ in circuit function from the designed circuit 1 is generated. The new generated circuit 2 and the designed circuit 1 are connected by the multiplexer 3 so that the new generated circuit 2 is utilized for the part differing in new specification from the designed circuit 1, thereby generating the initial circuit 4 which meets the requirements of the new specification. This initial circuit 4 is simplified by the logic circuit simplifying program which utilizes the intermediate control of the designed circuit 1 to obtain the final circuit. By this simplifying process, effective partial circuits in the designed circuit 1 are left automatically and unnecessary circuits are deleted automatically. Consequently, the circuit of high quality can be composed automatically and efficiently at a high speed.
