PURPOSE: To distribute or charge a predetermined charging amount by a simple handling operation by integrating one or a plurality of distributing elements with a storage container or later attaching it to the container, thereby very simply and inexpensively forming it. CONSTITUTION: The supplementing device 1 comprises a storage container 3, a distributing element 2 and a storage container upper side section operating as an intermediate container 5 at the time of charging. A closing protrusion 7 for mounting a closing cap and/or a charging tube 8 is provided in the section. In this case, a compression area 6 is formed like folding bellows. When it is completely compressed, a maximum distributing volume is generated. A compressing stroke in the area 6 is structurally limited, and hence a charging amount corresponding to a compressed volume can be charged at any operating time.
