摘要

PURPOSE:To judge memory effect easily by judging existence of memory effect based on the difference between two successive voltage measurements if a voltage in a memory effect region is measured. CONSTITUTION:Upon elapse of 5 sec after starting discharge of a battery, discharge voltage is measured for the first time and stored. Upon elapse of 10 sec after start of discharge, second time voltage measurement is carried out and stored. If the second time voltage measurement is higher than l.1V, a judgment is made than the battery has residual capacity. If the measured voltage is lower than 0.7V, the battery is judged to have no residual capacity and then the first and second voltage measurements are compared to each other. If the second measured voltage drop from the first measured voltage is 30mV or more the battery is judged to have no residual capacity otherwise first stage voltage drop due to memory effect is judged.
