PURPOSE: To surely mount a garnish cowl top beautifully on the front glass lower end of an automobile without any gap and mount it with simple operation. ;CONSTITUTION: A lock part 15 comprising a leg 16 suspending from the rear face and a jaw 17 projecting from the bottom of the leg to the backward is provided in the rear back face of a garnish cowl top 10 main body comprising a main body part 11 and a lip part 12 which is formed in the rear end of the main body in such a state as abutting on the surface of a front glass lower end 20a and an elastically bent piece 25 for giving restitutive force to bending of the leg is provided between the leg and the main body rear face in its front so that the lower end of the front glass is inserted and sandwiched between the jaw of the lock part and the lip part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
