PURPOSE:To automatize a sampling, an analytic operation and the cleaning of a container by connecting a piston type container for a solvent and a mixing piston type container to a first three-way cock and a second three-way cock, respectively. CONSTITUTION:By rotating the upper three-way cock 9 and the lower three-way cock 10, the upper and the lower outlets of a sample container 2 are opened. Subsequently, a solvent is extruded from the piston type container 4 for the solvent and extruded together with a sample liquid in the container 2 into the mixing piston type container 5. In this case, a liquid mainly composed of the solvent is filled fully in the inside of the container 2 and remains behind. Next, the solution of the contents from the container 5 is discharged toward the container 4. Thereafter, when the discharge of the liquid executed by the extrusion at the container 4 and the container 5 is executed several times, and the solution is brought to reciprocating motion between both pistons, the concentration of the solution becomes uniform during that time.
