A composite structure contains an waveband, nonwoven MICROFIBRE POLYMER WHICH REMAIN IN A CONDITION WAVY TISSUE TO FIXING BAND IN THE VALLEYS OF WAVY RIPPLES. The composite structure is made I) INTRODUCING A BAND NOT woven into the ends of a plurality of CANALETES SEPARATED II) causing the separation of the ends of the CANALETES DESCEND for corrugating BAND nonwoven and iii) FIXING THE TISSUE TO BANDA WAVY IN THE VALLEYS OF THE undulations. A composite structure of this construction MADE by this method provides good filtration performance making it particularly suitable for use as a filter in A facemask cup-shaped. The composite structure is also very suitable for use as thermal insulation in a device.
