A process for preparing stuffs by immersing wool in the thread or cloth form in a dying tank containing neutral or weakly alkaline water containing cyanuryl chloride or a derivative thereof at room temperature to react amino groups of the wool with the chloride or the derivative thereof to thereby form a triazine skeleton according to formula (1); and stuffs manufactured by the above process.
