The present invention relates to a heteropolyacid-supported polymer film catalyst and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, heteropolyacids such as 12-molybdoic acid and 12-tungstoic acid are polymers such as polysulfone, polyethersulfone, and polyphenylene oxide. The present invention relates to a heteropolyacid-supported polymer film catalyst having a high selective acid reactivity or redox reactivity and a method for preparing the same, by dissolving in a solvent together with a substance to obtain a uniform mixed solution and developing the solution on a glass plate and drying.
