The blow-moulded thermoplastic door lining is used in a vehicle. It consists of a one-piece hollow member (1) with depressions and projections which serve as seats, contours, carrying surfaces, etc. At least one part of the bordering walls (32,36,38) is press moulded. Before the hollow member is applied to the door, functional components are applied. A seat for a coupling section is preferably located on the side away from the inner area. At least part of the inner area is preferably filled with foam.
