Machine slicing meat uniformly for e.g. large catering kitchens and pre-packed meals

This machine cuts meat slices of uniform thickness and weight. The new features include a receiver (1) into which the meat is laid and pressed together. A calibration unit (2) sets the thickness and volume of the slices. Between receiver and calibration unit, a cutting system (3) separates slices from the pressed meat, as sized by the calibration unit.
