摘要

A novel ceramic substrate, useful for the preparation of superconducting films, has the formula REBa2MO6 where RE represents a rare earth metal (particularly Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) and M represents metals Nb, Sb, Sn, Hf or Zr. The material is particularly suitable as a substrate for superconducting YBa2Cu3O7- delta thick films.
