PURPOSE: To save resources, and at the same time, facilitate the filling of cigarette packs in an automatic vending machine, regarding an intermediate packaging of cigarette packs. ;CONSTITUTION: A longitudinal band 20 in the longitudinal direction and lateral band 26 in the lateral direction are wound around an accumulated pack 2 for which a plurality of cigarette packs are flatly stacked upward and collected.
