The sealed hinge has two extruded aluminium profiles (P1,2) each having a series of three teeth (Dts1,2) which are pretensioned under the elastic force of a hinge pin of extruded aluminium (V) equipped with wings (A1,2) which fit into the profiles. The hinge has two centres of rotation (O1,O2) which allow the profiles equipped with teeth to pivot without asymmetrical sliding. The hinge pin profile has two ends (C1,2) which are semi-tubular and form concentric axes of rotation with the centres of rotation of the profiles. The pin profile has a leg (F) centre within the wings to form two arcs of a circle with centres at (O1,O2).
