An assembly to decant and filter washing water used especially for washing grape harvesting crates, has a water collection container (1) under the washing station (2), fitted with a pump (11) to feed the washing station (2). Its level (20) is tilted along its longitudinal length, and its lowest point (21) opens into a decanting basin (3) containing a removable filter (30), which divides the basin (3) into two chambers (31,32). The inlet chamber (31) has a discharge gate (37) at the bottom, for the sludge, while the other chamber (32) has - 1 upper opening (34,35) for the filtered water to pass to the collection container (1).
