The paddle has a handle (1) held in one hand and rigid symmetrical plates (2a,2b) are fixed to each end. The handle can be interchangeable and it can be hollow and hold additional weights. The plates are square with their corners cut off and they can be non symmetrical and can have holes, grooves or fins on them. The paddle is about 36 cm long and the handle is 12 cm long and has a diameter of 3.5 cm. The plates are 12 cm square and 5 cm thick.
