Liquid dispensing method for small measured doses of liquid in fine chemical industries

The method dispenses the liquid contained in storage reservoir (3) via a dispensing duct (4) connected to an output nozzle (5). The dispensed liquid is delivered into a container (6) with an indicator (7) which provides a signal indicating the amount of liquid in the container. A closing valve (8) is mounted on the duct in order to control the flow of liquid. To dispense liquid, the valve is released until the liquid fills the portion of duct between the valve and the outlet nozzle, and the valve is then closed again. A mechanical pulse of calibrated amplitude and/or intensity is then applied to the lower section of duct, expelling a micro-amount of liquid from the nozzle. The result shown by the indicator is compared with a predetermined index value, and the pulse and comparison steps are repeated if necessary.
