The arms (5), the position of which is adjustable relative to the base (2), are internally profiled to receive an adjusting and locking rod. The base is connected to a profiled support (15) which receives the sliding movement of each arm by means of the guide rod. The support allows the positioning, the passage and pivoting of a locking and release means of the rod which is activated by a push button (17).
