The wall comprises a wood structure (A) composed of parallel laths (2a,2b) placed on edge. The laths are nailed together so that the upper edge of one lath is higher than the upper edges of juxtaposed laths to form a longitudinal groove (5) for reception and coupling of the concrete slab (B). On each projecting lath there is a longitudinal reception and wedging edge for transverse connectors (3).
