PURPOSE: To make more unnoticeable an inclination of an inner wall panel at a joint section of a dwelling unit positioned in parallel with slightly dislocated, simplify the fixing work of the inner wall panel, and reduce the number of fixing members. ;CONSTITUTION: An inner wall panel 100 is so constructed that it has a lateral width capable of extending by a specified length in both directions beyond a total width of columns 10 and 12 adjacent to a dwelling unit arranged in parallel to the columns 10 and 12, and also it can cover the both columns 10 and 12 from the interior side of the dwelling unit with these columns 10 and 12 positioned roughly at the center of the panel. By this, a connected part of the columns is covered in a larger area than the columns 10 and 12, and an inclination of the inner wall panel 100 due to dislocation of the columns 10 and 12 becomes more unnoticeable visually. Also the panel can be connected to a unit construction member at the both ends, eliminating direct connection to the columns 10 and 12.
