PURPOSE: To easily, accurately and speedily recognize the furtive glance of picture information included in a leaking radio wave without the adjustment of a specialist and with simple constitution by obtaining a synchronizing signal for picture display from an information processing system and transmitting it to a picture signal reproduction means. ;CONSTITUTION: A picture detection means 40 detects a picture signal based on the radio wave leaking at the time of displaying the picture on the display means 20 of the information processing system 10. A picture reproduction means 30 reproduces the picture based on the picture signal detected in the detection means 40 and the synchronizing signal which is transmitted from a synchronizing signal transmission means 50 and which is directly used from the information processing system 10. Thus, it becomes unnecessary to adjust and input horizontal vertical synchronizing signals at the time of reproduction by the picture reproduction means 30 as in the conventional manner. Thus, the means 50 can use the same synchronizing signal whose phase and synchronism are coincident with the synchronizing signal used in the system 10.
