PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic application tool which secures approximately the same quality as one manufactured by sewing processing despite of manufactured one by bonding and improves workability and productivity such as the cost. ;SOLUTION: An article formed by wrapping a flat elastic core material 3 such as sponge from the core material 3 surface side to the rear side by a cloth material 2 used for application of the cosmetics is constituted as a group, the cloth material 2 in the rear side of the core material 3 except for the central surface part is folded up by the prescribed dimension so as to form a folding surface 2a, a residual end face toward the inside than the outer circumferential edge of the folding surface 2a is treated by drawing, and a welding sheet 4 is provided so as to join the rear surfaces of a group back to back with each other. In joining, only the welding sheet part is integrally joined from the outside by melting the welding sheet by a press contact method of nonexternal heating such as high frequency induction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
