PURPOSE: To prevent the stain of a roll for cold rolling and to prevent damage, irregularity in gloss or the like on the surface of a metallic sheet in a skin pass process with a guard sheet excellent in electrostatic property and by executing the cold rolling stage of the metallic sheet using this guard sheet for metallic sheet. ;CONSTITUTION: Electrical conductivity is added to the guard sheet and the guard sheet is inserted between the rolled metallic sheets. Wood pulp is used as raw material and which is made by adjusting pulp slurry which is beated to the degree of beating of CSF200-600ml in pH5-9, the electrostatic properties of a surface specific resistance of ≤1.0×10¹¹Ω, volume specific resistance of ≤1.0×10¹¹Ω.cm, charged voltage of ≤150V and decay time of ≤7.0sec are added.
