PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify an effective range of visual field of a display in a form that use environment is considered. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a constructing means 10 to construct the use environment of the display to be verified in a virtual three- dimensional space on a computer and to display the use environment on a display screen, a setting means 11 to set the effective range of visual field of the display to be verified in the use environment to be constructed by the constructing means 10 and a display means 12 to visibly display the effective range of visual field to be set by the setting means 11 on the display screen on which the use environment is displayed.
