Because phase develops normal minute board configuration, there is no existence of phase of Al8 Fe2 Si type and, the nucleus generates with respect to phase of the te and Al8 Fe2 Si type, covers the phase of Al8 Fe2 Si type, this becomes the configuration whose damage is little. Furthermore, this invention decides the utilization of thermal analysis as means in order to control the configuration of the deposit.
