PURPOSE: To obtain an irradiation temperature of a uniform far infrared ray wavelength from an entire surface of a panel by continuously repeating a cycle of gas charging, gas discharging, igniting, burning and fire extinguishing, and integrally forming a tubular combustion chamber in which its flame surface is propagated in a flat state. ;CONSTITUTION: A tubular combustion chamber 1 in which a cycle of gas charging, gas discharging, igniting, burning and fire extinguishing is continuously repeated and a flame surface (a) is propagated to be heated at the time of burning in one cycle is formed of ceramics, etc., in a flat state of a thin sectional area.
