PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to display a document which is being managed without being aware of the data structure of the document generated according to fusiness, and to make it possible to display an application document which is being managed without being aware of the data structure of the application document generated as approval operation is done. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a management information generating means 1 which generates management information for managing documents, a storage means 2 which stores the documents while relating them to the management information generated by the management information generating means 1, and a display control means 3 which makes a display for selecting one of the documents according to the management information stored in the storage means 2 and displays the document selected in the display in display form prescribed by the instruction data that the document has.
