Reflection, coloring structure due to interference effects

PURPOSE:To obtain a coloring structure producing a clear color having a high- quality feeling. CONSTITUTION:This coloring structure by reflection and interference action has a structure wherein two or more kinds of constituent substances having different optical refractive indexes, such as an air layer and a polymer structure, are at least partially superimposed and visible lights are produced by reflection and interference of natural light and a fluorescent coloring matter which is contained in the structure and emits fluorescence corresponding to coloring of the structure. The reflectance becomes =100% and a clear color tone is shown by synergistic action between the coloring effect by the reflection and interference in the structure and the coloring effect by the fluorescent coloring matter emitting light having approximately the same wavelength as that of the coloring.
