REMOVING METHOD FOR EXTRA-BANKING PART OF CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE PILE AND ITS REMOVING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply remove an extra-banking part and coincide with the crest level of concrete pile by placing concrete in an excavation hole after a peeling plate is set on the upper end of a cage assembled in the excavation hole, and breaking the extra-banking part by the peeling plate after hardening. ;SOLUTION: After a casing 12 is inserted in ground to excavate an excavation hole 11 so as to remove slime from a hole bottom, a cage 13 mounting a removing device is assembled. A tremie pipe 14 is inserted in the cage 13 from the hole 2 of a peeling plate 3 to place concrete 15 in the excavation hole 11, and extra-banking is executed up to the upper part of the peeling plate 3 by concrete mixed with slime. After hardening, the ground is excavated to the neighborhood of the peeling plate 3, and the extra-banking part is exposed on a ground surface. When force is horizontally applied by a construction machine on the extra-banking part 17 joined to a concrete pile 18, it can be simply broken from the part of a peeling rod 6 by providing a lattice-like peeling rod 6 in the hole 2 of the peeling plate 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
