PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel bile acid-layered double hydroxide intercalation compound formed by introducing bile acid into a layered double hydroxide. ;SOLUTION: In a producing method of the anion-layered double hydroxide intercalation compound using layered double hydroxide(LDH) as a host material and an anionic compound as a guest compound, a reaction mixture is heated to cause hydrothermal reaction under a condition that an anionic component except the anionic compound as the guest material is not co-existed by using a metallic compound as a starting material of the layered double hydroxide. The bile acid-layered double hydroxide intercalation compound is formed by introducing bile acid between layers of the layered double hydroxide and is useful as a carrier for pharmaceuticals, an adsorbent for bioactive substances and the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
