PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the smooth feeding of materials to be crushed into chipper by disposing an operation section, driving power section and chipper apparatus on a traveling device, providing the outer side part of the pulverizing chamber of the chipper apparatus with a feeding unit and opening the feeding port of the feeding unit outward. ;SOLUTION: A main body frame 1 is supported above the crawler type traveling devices 12, 12 and an engine 16 and the driving power section 6 are mounted on one side (left side in an advance direction) on the right or left side in the front part of the main body frame 1. The operation section is disposed on the reverse side thereof. The chipper apparatus is mounted on the main body frame 1 behind the operation section and the engine 16. The chipper apparatus comprises the pulverizing chamber 3, a discharge unit 4 for discharging pulverized matter from the pulverizing chamber 3, a feeding unit a for feeding materials to be pulverized into the pulverizing chamber 3, a discharge cylinder 5 freely turnably supported in the all directions of a horizontal direction in the upper part on the right side of this discharge unit 4, etc. The outer part of the feeding unit 2 is provided with the feeding port 25.
